About Our Festive Flavours
Nonna’s Trifle
Based on my Nonna’s special Christmas trifle, this one is a custard base gelato swirled with cherry compote, crushed chocolate flakes, and chunks of trifle sponge soaked in sambuca. Nonna would approve.

Tiramisu
We take our tiramisu VERY seriously, and you better believe we’ve perfected our gelato version! Coffee, marsala + mascarpone custard base, chunks of brandy + espresso soaked savoiardi (lady fingers) and a generous dusting of bitter cocoa powder throughout.

Pistachio + Amarena Cherry
A rich gelato blended with homemade toasted pistachio paste, generously salted, and swirled with tart amarena cherries.

Cinnamon Brown Butter
One of our signature and most popular flavours! This gelato is blended with brown butter, which gives it a rich, nutty, caramel flavour, and a generous hit of cinnamon. A winner not just at Christmas, but all year round.

Salted Dark Choc Fudge (vegan)
A take on our dark choc and sea salt flavour, but we’ve swapped the sugar for dark muscovado sugar and golden syrup, reminiscent of rich fudge sauce.

Spiced Pear + Gingerbread (vegan)
We’ve taken our creamy vegan gelato base and blended it with pears which have been roasted in sugar, vegan butter and spices until caramelised and sticky, then swirled it with chunks of homemade vegan gingerbread.

Fresh Mint + White Chocolate
Fior di Latte base infused with fresh mint leaves and rippled with white chocolate shards. Not bright green, but a more natural and herbal take on the classic mint choc chip.
